The Email Outreach Campaign That Set the Stage
With a vision to revolutionize the hospitality industry, our team embarked on a mission to connect with hoteliers around the world.
Here’s the stats of the recent 6 months,
With an open rate of 74.6%, our email campigns outperformed industry standards of 10.25% -20.25% (17% - 30% being average overall). A CTR of 2.3% also exceeded industry standards of 1.17% - 3.01%.
A total of 116 opportunities emerged from those initial emails. Although the sales closing rate is very low (sorry Sales!), we have to account the bootstrapped, pre-dev, pre-rev, pre- everything, first-time technical founder background of the startup. The sales team managed to close an opportunity with a hotel after running campaigns for 6 months.
After weeks of discussions, negotiations, and a deep dive into the intricacies of the product, we closed a deal.
The first deal was not just a contract; it was a testament to the dedication and ingenuity of the team.
